At SÓL + SAND we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us!
If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!
1. To receive an online credit note contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We believe 14 days is sufficient time to decide whether sizing is right or if you want to return an item. Return requests outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Please mention your order number so we know who it’s from.
2. We recommend sending your parcel back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number, as any missing parcels are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer a credit note if we do not receive the item/s back.
3. We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is SÓL + SAND (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it.
4. Once your return has been delivered to our us and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a credit note in the form of a gift card (sent via email).
5. We aim to process all returns within 2-5 business days from when they are delivered to our us
- items must not be worn
- no perfume smells
- items need to be returned in original packaging
- tags must be attached and must not have been removed - NO TAGS NO RETURN, REMOVED TAGS NO RETURN
- no make-up, marks or other stains on clothing or items
- items must not be washed
**If criteria is not met your return might not be accepted and/or the original purchased item returned to you.
Please contact Sól and Sand as per our Return process to let us know you'd like an exchange.
To exchange a size or style, we encourage you to place a new order with your preferred size and return your original item for a refund. This will ensure we do not run out of stock by the time we receive your return. We will send you a return shipping label along with your new order. Once you receive your new order you can return your item. (Return/exchange criteria applies - please see above)
Please note that shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.
Sól and Sand will cover the shipping cost to return one exchange, further exchanges will be at the customer expense.
Please note, CLEARANCE items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings and bathing suits cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
